What you need:
- Container
- Soil
- Water
- Seed
- Worm wee
Method:
- Grab a yoghurt container and make small holes at the bottom, put your name on the sticky label.
- Then fill your container with the soil right up to the top. If there are extra soil, then use your finger to even it out.
- Dip your pinkie finger down the middle of the container to make a hole for the seed. The depth of the hole should be twice the length of the seed that you are planting.
- Put your seed in the hole with the smiling end facing up to the sun.
- After that, cover the seed with more soil.
- Water your plant with water (worm pee can be added to the water for extra nutrients.
Learning intention: We are learning to write a procedure.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I follow the structure of a procedure and write the steps for planting a seed.
